After answering these questions myself, I knew I needed to change, but didn’t know where to start. No matter how hard I tried, I still found myself stressed out, in a constant state of frustration, and usually going right back to my old habits after a few months.
I found coaching and my life changed forever. I learned to manage my stress so I could thrive in my career and have enough energy to start my business. I found my joy again by shining a light in the dark places of my soul and found freedom by stepping into who I really am - not who I thought I had to be. I learned that my reality is based on my perceptions - and sometimes we’ve hit a blind spot and don’t even realize we’re causing our own suffering. I realized that if I wanted to change the world around me, I had to change myself first.
Coaching has improved every area of my life. And now I am so excited to share with you the programs I used to lose over 35 pounds, reclaim my health and live out my purpose.
